Amazing central location and attentive staff.

This place was perfect for us, would recommend. It was a beautifully kept and great value hotel, excellent base for a short visit in Murcia. Central location was a plus. Had brunch in the Los Zagales, located nearby. The staff was efficient, really helpful all the time.

I had a fantastic stay at Casa Emilio. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the railway station and even closer to the city centre. I was impressed by the stunning view of Floribunda Park from my room. The old city centre, with its charming shops, bars, and restaurants. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly and professional. I especially appreciated Emilio on reception, who provided me with a map and great recommendations for a delicious and affordable restaurant. Amalia, the morning receptionist, even helped me find the bus timetable for a trip to Murcia's national park. the service at Casa Emilio was exceptional, and I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Very polite staff, value for money, nice location opposite park and near the river.

Asked to changed rooms 3 times before finding satisfactory room - due to broken air conditioning, broken tap, window locks faulty, curtain rail fell off wall etc. Hotel seems run down.

The location was great, just a short walk to the centre. Hotel staff was very friendly, when we arrived they told us everything about the do's and don't in Murcia. The room/location/service was excellent, especially for the price we paid!

A little noisy since the room was at the road side, but not too much to keep you out of sleep.

Clean and gorgeous accom with marvellous and fab location close enough to old downtown and park, Casa Emilio which was easy to get to, and the city centre. What a nice stay, no reason to complain...

I gotta say, the value for money at this place was amazing! The room was spotless and the bathroom was top-notch. Plus, the location was perfect, right by a beautiful park and just a short walk to the old town. The staff at Casa Emilio were also super friendly and professional.

Breakfast delights! The only thing that could have made it better was if they had a bigger selection and a menu to choose from.

reception and lounge area staff all very helpful, esp Maria for breakfast who remembered my first order and made it every day without me even asking, and the blonde waitress at night. Food and drink very reasonably priced. Lovely location, park across the road and train station 10 mins walk away, bus 15 mins. Excellent supermarkets 5 mins away (turn right at the front door).

The continental breakfast was a big plus. My room was great value and reasonably large, with air conditioning, an electronic key card, and a work desk.

The staff was all attentive and efficient. Its location just a walking distance from Floridablanca Garden was exceptionally nice. Thoroughly enjoyed that it was 15 minutes' walk from the train station: D

I had a great stay at a hotel in the heart of the city. The location was amazing, just a short walk from all the historic sights and fantastic shopping options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and quiet, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. The shower had great water pressure and the bed was comfortable. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The staff were fantastic - we´d had a really difficult journey and they were super accommodating. The price - for all that and 35 euros, couldn´t go wrong.

Carpark. States it has private parking which it does, but there´s not way as hard as I tried that we could get the X5 in there. That said the staff reimbursed us the cost of the space and eventually we managed to find a space directly outside the hotel.

We usually stay at this traditional hotel and can't wait to go back. Thank you very much for a nice stay for the price. Plus, the location is marvellous and lovely, minutes from a Catholic church.

The room is reasonably priced.

Perfect and clean place, nice view of the park. Bright room, good bed, excellent staff. Great food as for continental breakfast. Excellent and perfect location, right at Roman Bridge. Based just off restaurants.

Wi-Fi was horrible.
